Started in 2012 our team consist of dedicated volunteers and dogs that will at a moments notice, drop everything to search for people who are lost and/or injured in the woods.We also offer pet therapy programs to nursing homes, rehab hospitals and other facilities with our well trained and mannered K9 friends. You might even see some of the dogs in both types of work.

Our well behaved pet therapy dogs can be the highlight of someone’s day if they are in a skilled nursing care facility.
Training & Education
Inspired by the search for nine year old Jimmy Beveridge in 1981 in southern California, and initiated by the caring heart of Ab Taylor, the Hug-a-Tree and Survive program teaches children how to survive in the woods should they become lost.
