Our mission is quite simple: To create a unified network of shelters and rescue organizations throughout New England, all working together for a common good.
It is common, everyday practice to have to kill dogs and cats in an over crowded shelter to make room for incoming animals.
Meanwhile in another shelter across town or across state borders, there are no dogs available for adoption. An opportunity for a pet to find a “forever” home is lost, because it sits waiting just a few miles away.
By transporting animals from high traffic, over crowded shelters to more remote shelters that have waiting lists for incoming dogs, we can save lives.
Fortune’s Path Farm
The vision of Petra Gazzola, this 23 acre farm offers an eleven stall barn, both indoor and outdoor arenas, a round pen, individual and group turn out, and access to miles of trails off the property. In this beautiful, low stress environment, riders and horses can develop to their fullest, whatever the goals may be. Although the main focus of the farm is riding, Fortune’s Path Farm and the state park offer so much more. Come visit, you wont want to leave!
